I find the historical approach to be the most appealing: we have been consuming milk for Hundreds if not thousands of years, the contents of this product (organic, apart from cows milk which had a casein type change) hasn't changed much (in contrast to grains and vegetables)... So if it hadn't killed us before why should it be killing us now?
For conspiracy enthusiasts: one of the only industries stronger than milk industry is farming, hence the big push for vegetable replacements (i.e. soy milk)
