The Biggest Lies about our Health:

-"Eat your breakfast."
Eating right upon arising is not healthy.
Breakfast (first meal) must be earned - by movement.
Drinking warm lemon water and other healing liquids, like golden latte (activated turmeric) and fresh juices is the intelligent way to relate to our miracle machine - Body.

-"Avoid sun. Use sunscreen."
Sunlight is the most healing therapy for our abused calcified pineal gland. Getting sun in the early morning hours is one of the best healing techniques available on this planet. It is free too.
Most sunscreens are made with damaging chemicals, and, as all chemicals must be avoided by anyone who wishes to stay healthy and sane.

-"Drink milk for calcium and eat meat for protein."
There is nothing more disturbing to a human hologram than body fluids and flesh of another sentient being. It interferes with our original blueprint, confuses our DNA, and messes up our cells.....not to mention the deeper energetic meaning - ritualistic sacrifice that we unconsciously become a part of.....while consuming these so called FOODs.

PLANTBASED diet is what we are meant to be on by the Universal Laws.
We get plenty of calcium from green FOODs, hemp, chia, beans, sesame, almond butter, figs, artichokes...to mention just a few.

And protein that so many are so concerned about are best for us in PLANTBASED form.
No one should die to deliver us protein!
Spirulina, Quinoa, Buckwheat, Hummus, Nuts and Seeds, Beans, Rice....to mention just a few.

It is time we open all our three eyes and see things for what they really are.

Facing our own programming to actively change it is the only way to contribute to this planet.

As always - we start with our beautiful SELF.

Beautiful, also sunglasses people should not wear them because we need the sunlight in our eyes esp if we don't wear sunscreen to regulate melanin. We are fed so much crap in modern world to make us buy products that harm us.

I drink lemon with water every morning but i also mix a lil bit of Apple cider vinegar in it also and i feel great throughout the day, as far as Sun concern i love the sunlight on cloudy days i feel so down it sucks but again thank you for the information.

Resteemed! Couldn't agree more! Here, in the US, people over eat protein terribly. Your body doesn't require that much protein and when you over eat it, it's converted into sugars... But the sun is harmful because of ultraviolet rays. What if you have to be longer than 20 minutes in the sun, you have to use sunscreen. Otherwise your skin will wrinkle earlier in life and you risk skin damage and cancer.

You say one dose not need to die so we can live plants are living being to have you thought about that.. so if you eat meat of plants you are killing another living creature.. so if you do not want to kill you better start eating rocks. The main thing you most do before eating any meat or plants is to give thanks to the being that gave it life for you..

I have never heard a screaming lettuce or seen a bleeding broccoli. Changing our mind is hard, I understand that... yet it seems like it is the only way forward. The question is - are you ready to take the next step in your own evolution as a human being or are you going to cling to the old beliefs of external programming and find excuses? Much love.

Yes you are spot on. We do not need to eat animals in order to survive, and by being in the sun in a smart way and not basking hours at a time we won't need that much sun screen.
But as the sun gets brighter you do need some prodection and it's reeally important to look at the ingredients and buy from a source you know you can trust.
As for eating right away after you Wake up I totally agree that is a no go. I'm usually starving right after I come out of bed but drinking some water helps and eating some fruits before the larger breakfast also is a good way to not chock your body with a heavy porridge the first thing you eat in the morning :)
