All excellent points @enjoywithtroy - you know what's going on. If vaccines didn't cause deaths and injuries we would not need vaccine compensation programs that have awarded billions of dollars to claimants.

A Truther - That is a political activist who is supported by politicians like Donald Trump, who's aim is to reduce government spending on healthcare by eliminating vaccines?
