I attended a narcolepsy lecture at University yesterday and this condition has also been linked to vaccination (in Scandinavia there are huge law-suits at the moment, some money already paid out).
Apparently, the vaccine influences a component of the immune system (HLA - human leukocyte antigen) that selects cells for the immune system (the leukocytes) which then proceed to destroy marked targets. In the case of narcolepsy all patients have the genome with the same HLA-system in place so there is some genetic connection for sure.
One theory at the moment is that narcolepsy is the result of the vaccine entering the cells of the hypothalamus which the immune system recognizes as a virus and then marks with the help of HLA. The white blood cells then proceed to destroy the hypothalamus's cells which causes narcolepsy.
In short, vaccines have always been poison, are poison and will always be poison.
