Me and my family come to Manila
We visit my Brazilian friends and enjoy in the city have nice shopping here, restaurant etc.
Frist day, Sunday i do cardio 5am after go in the swimpool☀ ,but dont forget put sunblock 
The first i enjoy in the gym i love exercise
Now we will take advantage of the swimming pool ,with my sweet boy my son hehehe, my evryting
As all brazilian we love to have the mark of the bikine in the body.Remembering the sun is rich in vitamin D,it has to be of 6 to 8 am in the morning,use the sunblock amighas.
