Bug on utopian-io new contribution icon at the screen header

I tried making a new contribution on utopian.io using the latest firefox mozilla browser but when i was click on the new contribution icon with the plus (+) sign, it was not clicking. So i had to use the drop down menu option of new contribution, and i think that is a bug and should be addressed.

This was done with my tecno camon X air android version 7.0, HIOS version 2.2.0.

i tried to reproduce the bug, seems like i can write the contribution by clicking on the button just fine.
please add which browser you're using and OS ,Android Details neatly and not crumbled up
