Currently, there are malicious ads around steemit.com. That's the WORST passible thing. If this is your suggestion, go to medium.com or something similar.

Thanks but ad-quality is another problem that they need to solve. Ad is inevitable imho. Without ads, how can a certain coin price like steem be sustained in the long run? It was only able to be supported by ponzi scheme so far and crypto bubble.
