Security feature to be added to Diary

Diary is a nice application that gives users the ability to write down note, ideas, information, stories in form of plain text. This app can also act as a book to diary lover and writers where personal things can be written in.

Proposal

I'll tell what a dairy is before I tell you why the security feature is very essential
A diary is a place where you record events, experiences and other personal things that interest you. You can write about whatever you like, free of outside judgment or criticism. It should be an extension of your mind: safe and free. A diary can be whatever you decide and should be a place where you can be honest.
My proposal is about a very important called the Security Feature, This feature plays a major role in the user's user's privacy, Information stored on this wonderful app is usually private information
which means users information need to be provided a feature to protect their information from introducers.
This security feature can be implemented from the start screen of the diary, and the security can consist of different modes Password mode, Pin Mode, Pattern Mode and Fingerprint mode.

Benefits

This feature would help privatize users information, prevent unwanted access from intruders,
increase the capability and security of Diary.
Allow user be able to store any kind of information either commercial or personal having the knowledge that their information won't be easily stolen , read, seen and access by third parties.
This would also increase the user's confidence when using the dairy as they know that they are no longer at risk and vulnerable
