Add bright display and stroboscope features on open flashlight application

Components

A simple, open source flashlight is an android flashlight(torch) application.
Open flashlight lacks bright display and stroboscope features, unlike other known flashlight applications that has these features.

Proposal

I suggest that the developers of open flashlight application should add bright displayand stroboscope features to the application.
Bright display feature brightens the entire screen if turned on. A user can decide to use this feature instead of the flashlight because it reduces battery consumption and if turned on via the application,it will prevent the device from falling asleep
Stroboscope feature can be used as an indicator to attract people's attention in the dark. For instance, a driver whose vehicle is broken down on the highway at night can use this feature to indicate to incoming vehicles of the danger ahead.
There should be on/off options for these features.

Benefits

The users of open flashlight will benefit a lot because with these features, users can easily attract people in the dark and in the case of an emergency, stroboscope feature can be used as signal light, while bright display feature can be used as lamp. Open flashlight will stand among other known flashlight applications if these features are implemented.
