I would suggest "CheckMate" for the stbot. Why? Well, it's your Mate that Checks the upvotes and their legitimacy, as well as having a strategic Checkmate to abusers. Is that smart or just foolish?

As for the server-management-bot, I would name it something like TheSortingHat or SortingHat. Why? I feel that it plays a role similar to the Sorting Hat in the Harry Potter Franchise, it evaluates the posts and will use the tag to put them in their right school, i mean, channel.
