Add Blocking Feature

I just thought about how to block users who create spam on every article, and user mentions about things that are not useful.

How to block them.? I always ask to my friends how to avoid getting notifications. Notification is very important to be able to know the user commented, mentions and upvote, but what about comment notifications, mentions and upvote is spam.

For this the problem, I expect steemit.com has a feature to block annoying users. For about this feature, then I will explain the detail where this feature will be visible. The following is a visual feature of the user blocking feature.

This feature will be visible in the user's profile next to the "MUTE" button.

Then, after this blocking feature, and provides a place to view the block list. such as the follow list is under the account photo and can be seen by other users. But, this blocking feature will be somewhere else, so the block list can not be seen and accessed by other accounts.
