Replies is one of the menus on the steemit platform, useful for knowing the comments of other steemit users commented on our post
Proposal
From the replies menu we can find feedback comments coming from other users, and to make it easier to know anyone who commented in it, I suggest to add the icon above the replises menu.

The benefits of having this feature is to facilitate the user to know whether or not there is a comment in the post without having to open the menu replies and search for comments from other users one by one
