That project already has a logo, next time be sure if there is one or not. Almost every android application has their initial logos in their projects.

So basically you just added stars to current logo, I couldn't say that's a great improvement. And you didn't even give enough attention to check if there is a logo or not.

Also you didn't provided necessary android assets as well so your logo just stays on the github readme not in project files.
