Proposal
Due to the needs of its potential clients, especially for those with multiple real estate or rental property, it needs to install a 'My Properties " tab or button on its client dashboard menu.

Creating a My Properties button/feature will be highly beneficial to the clients. Some of these benefits include...
Enables clients to create, access, edit and update critical information on all their rental property all from one place.
Have a quick overview of the financial status of all their properties.
Plan for future building improvements or property tax payments.
For Mentorient, having a "My Properties" feature allows them to keep an orderly and more secure database of their clients information, as well as improve the web application's ease of use and improves the business reputation, marketability and popularity of the application to its potential end users either directly (eg ads) or indirectly (eg by word of mouth from satisfied users).
