Chat head feature in Telegram

Proposal
Like Facebook Messanger, it would be great if Telegram also has 'Chat head' feature.

Above screenshot is from facebook messanger which pop ups while holding few seconds after taping on any name you want to chat.

Above image shows how and where telegram can adopt this feature. After holding few second after tapping that pop up arises and it would be great if it contain's 'chat head' feature. The point where arrow indicates, in that list 'chat head' option can be added.

Benefits
Chat head feature allows to use other apps while chatting. While chatting we can view videos,play games, read pdf and many more. We don't have to minimise other apps and just focus on chatting. We can use other app simultaneously while chatting in telegram
