I'll just leave some notes.

• The white headers on ?username look disgusting on such a pretty background.
• The particles canvas' height does not fully cover the screen. you could fix that with a $(window ).resize event

Aside from that it looks great. I'm not sure what kind of features you're looking for since checking payout seems to be the website's sole function. In which case, it should serve as such just fine.
