Widget refresh button not working

Expected behavior

When I click the refresh button, I expect the widget to update the weather stats to the current weather forecast.

Actual behavior

It does nothing when I click on the refresh icon/button of the widget.

How to reproduce

  • Install "Good weather" app;
  • Launch and set it up(There's actually not much to set up)
  • Add "Good weather" app widget to home screen
  • Click on the refresh icon

Device

  • Operating system: Android 7.0 Nougat
  • Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 4
  • Kernel Version: 3.18.31-perf-g021e4fd

    Contributions on repositories that have not received any program code updates for longer than 6 months, will be automatically rejected.

    checking the commit history found that the PO has not been active on maintaining the project for a long time
