abusers has many ways to do whatever they want with smart ideas to trick the system, I believe utopian-io community has a lack with anti-abuse in a professional ways.So what is the minimum score to be eligible for @utopian-io upvote? as I hope @utopian-io will getting harder only on abusers not valuable contributions.
