BitShares Online Exchange Tutorial: Send

This will be the second to the last tutorial on BitShares Online Exchange, on the last we tackled how to put money into our BitShares wallet. Today we will be tackling how to send money to another user.

Interface

When you first go to the Send page you will see something like what is above. On the left side you see the fields that you need to input in order to send some money. On the right side is an audit trail for your previous transactions.

Transfer Process

To successfully transfer all you need is

1. Money to transfer ( thanks cap't obvious! )
2. Account to transfer to ( duh!)

• Fill up the form with the details, starting with the To
  

Important!

Make sure that the account you are sending to is exact, because there will be no refunds if you mistakenly send it to another person.

Example of an invalid account

• Next thing you do is fill up the Quantity
  

  
  Clicking the will open a dropdown with all of the money you can transfer. For this tutorial, I will be transfering ARCOIN as I have received some recently.
  

• The Memo/Message field is optional.
  

  

At the bottom of the page is the Fee for the transfer, make sure you have enough BTS to make the transfer. It will look something like this when you've filled up the whole form.

• Click on send, and you should be prompted with a login modal. Just input your password and click Login
  

  

• After clicking Login you should be prompted with a transaction confirmation modal. Double check if not triple check the details as this is the point of no return!.
  

  

• Last thing you need to do is just click on Confirm and you're done!
