I designed a new logo for this open source application "Shopping List". The concept is very simple.

I used the cart and list symbol for making this new design. It is very clean and easy to understand.

Benefits / Improvements

As you can see, the new design is more clearly image and have a strong relation to the application.

Tools

For designing this contribution, I used the Adobe Illustrator CC 2017.

    Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

    Hard rules broken

    • "A contribution must contain benefits of your work to the project owner. Your logo design is too basic. The lines of the paper are very thin it will not readable in small sizes.
    • Lines on paper and shopping cart represents the same idea "note". You must choose one of them.
    • No github link of project

    Suggestion:

    • Try to avoid using generic shapes.
    • Try to do more characteristic and unique designs.
