Can someone please explain the benefits of @air-clinic to me?

So, after I saw a lot of comments suggesting @air-clinic as the "charity" which should get the rewards, I took a closer look and I have a few question for @nairadaddy:

• What are the benefits of this and what are you actually planning to do with the money? How are you planning to use it to help people?

• All of the published articles I scrolled through, are easily available on the internet. A quick search on google will get you more credible results than what you guys are publishing. How is stuff like "Doctors are Sweet, Nurses are the Opposite?!" even considered to be health advice?

• This project is picking up on "Telemedicine" which might be legal in the US, still there are a lot of countries where this is banned and considered illegal. What are your thoughts on this?

• This is already happening on pages like www.justdoc.com or other succesful companys, why do you see the need to copy this business model on Steemit and what are the benefits from creating a similar platform on the STEEM Blockchain?
