Hi @thamidur, thanks for making this contribution. I must commend how well you listed the steps needed to reproduce the error but sadly, this error is as a result of the data connection in use. It is required that you have access to the internet to call and identify plugins from a cloud storage.

Your video clearly showed you were offline. You can re run the checks, this time have your data connection active.
