Your logo is really good; but it doesn't follow a very important rule: It must be vector format. I tried to open the .PDF but it was blank.
Could you try to export it to a vector format and save as SVG?
Please do that and it will be accepted. Also next logo make it vector from the start, use illustrator or inkscape.
