• We encourage more than a couple of small commits. 3-5 commits doing seperate things shared at one contribution will be better for the next time.

• In our guidelines there is that point: "Requests for Steem / Steemit engagement (upvotes, resteems and follows)". Even though, I believe your intention is good about promoting your contributors, It would be better if we just not ask for upvotes to any account :)
