Is there going to be a real talk scheduled with summary/results of this attempt to gather feedback? It seems to be a QA per individual cases.

Talking will happen during the weeklys as usual. This is to avoid feedbacks will get lost.

Is there a date till anyone can give their feedback? Not everyone may write a comment immediately or on the following day.

Comments can come anytime. I will reply to each comment as soon as I can. No comment will be left without a reply (unless there's no reason for a reply of course)
