Every new account on steemit comes with an automatic reputation number of 25. Some accounts are created and left inactive, some are created for fraud, scam and spam. Most of these accounts have no profile photo and nonfunctional blog section.
Proposal
I suggest inactive accounts of at least 3 months to be removed from steemit, to keep the steemit community safe and free of unnecessary space usage.

This account has been registered since April 2016, it has no profile photo, has not made any comment
nor does it have replies and its reputation is still 25, meaning it has not been contributing at all. I checked through the account wallet, to my surprise it has
transactions. This account ought to be removed because it's not functional and not contributing anyway. It could be an account created for sole purpose of scamming. The link to the account
Benefits
Removal of inactive accounts from steemit is very important because:
It will help cut down on fraud, spam and scam; the rate of fraud is on the increase on the steemit platform. This is one way of reducing fraud on the steemit platform.
It will make steemit very functional: Users will be serious, knowing their account could be removed if they are not active. Things like profile photos and other profile details will be taken seriously.
It will also help free up some space on the steemit platform, and give way for functional accounts on the platform.

Like someone gives a fuck about this platform. Maybe it would be better to make people come on steemit at gunpoint, that would work for sure. Yea your idea would make people so serious and vested in this platform. People like you should be removed from this platform so that people like me dont waste time reading this piece of garbage.
