Just noticed the same thing recently. It's truly confusing because you would have to see after the word 'transfer' whether it's 'from' or 'to', so you'd know what transaction has been done. I bet this will get approved. :)

yeah even it has a from or to, it is not noticeable. its much better if they remain it as receive and send. this changes not really helpful to the users.
