Details

SampleHIS is a web application.
With this application it is expected that small hospitals or clinics can have a system of recording medical records and structured administration before it will have more complex systems and applications.

Benefits / Improvements

This is my SampleHIS logo design. It is be formal, clean and minimalist.

    Your contribution cannot be approved because of these following reasons

    • Submission must contain benefits to the Project owner
    • Project Owner has decided that your logo does not fit with the project
    • Some parts are not well constructed
    • The firs S letter is barely legible.
    • Drop shadow effect is not good in a logo
