Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.
HARD rules broken:
"A contribution must contain ... benefits of your work to the project owner." - your logo is more complicated than their current logo and doesnt work in small size.
"Logo design contributions must contain ... monochrome version"
"You must include every possible detail in your contributions to verify the work is done by you." - no proof of work
