Bug 51# edit tags option didn't work

Expected behavior

user should be able to edit tag by Edit tags option.

Actual behavior

while trying to edit tag by click on the marked button it not works and then user have to edit tags by manually .

How to reproduce

•download the app

•open the app

•select a note ,then click on top right side shortcut & then click on Edit Tags and note the problem sir.

•Browser: crystal

•Operating system: android 7.0

•Application version: 3.1.2
