USI Tech back with a BANG?! Could this mean a mega rise for bitcoin?

So this morning I decided to check on USI tech now I kind of floated away from this and lent towards trading myself about 2 weeks ago so haven't really been updating myself with it.... anyway as I logged in news popped up on my dashboard.
FINALLY! It was new from the audit... and what news it was......

Horst Jicha "The audit is near completion and will be available no later than next week any necessary changes to our business model. The aforementioned audit will ensure that nothing like this will happen again and will allow us to safety re-commence withdrawals in the united states and canada."

Now after the onslaught carried out by many individuals towards USI tech banning withdrawals and me telling my team everything is going to be gravy without really knowing what is going on although I did have very strong beliefs that USI tech will get pull through, it got increasingly hard for people to believe in USI tech and there informus 'packages'. This audit should solidify the USI tech team and their upcoming ICO, my only question is what are these changes to the business model... no packages? different payment than bitcoin? or just some system tweaks on returns?

Now onto the market part, with the announcement of USI tech a lot of people could flood to bitcoin in hopes of making a giant return on some USI tech packages but is that wise. Most people in this market think earlier the better in this case it is not in my opinion and many other i've spoke to on the subject we need to hang fire and see the outcome of these changes.
