Yes, that was my original intention of this post, mixing our economy with Linden, if only a method to get and exchange from our wallet to our avatar's wallet.
Considering Sansar is supposed to be open, one could build say a music venue/tavern, and then incorporate tip jars and items to purchase, or even put steem into a jukebox, and have the transactions perform seamlessly in the background. I would understand if I first had to stop at the LL & Steem exchange in world to have L$ in my sansar wallet.

For one, I see it an opportunity to expand the use of steem as a currency beyond this steemit community. that protects our investments in SD because the steem is being USED as exchange and settlement currency outside of our community.

The Block-chain is more and more amazing as I educate myself on it, and I really only have JUST started. Very definitely it could manage ownership an copyrights of created object in Sansar. Thinking beyond that I was reading an article that US banks and the govt are experimenting with blockchain to manage banking transactions for security and for rapid propagation of the data !

In FACT Intel, is rolling out a CPU chip WITH Block-chain tech built IN the processing power of the cpu itself ! So it won't be long before they roll it into a GPU and graphics card.

Considering that in say a Whale/legend posting an article.
All the upvotes, and voters and their voting power, etc etc, that goes on in the background is checked and tracked via blockchain so fast that wallets are nearly instantly updated. That data is nearly instantly output to all the outside websites like steemdb etc and that data when you mouseover a stat on the outside site is instantly updated.

Now consider that this is done for our 100K+ users as well, ALL at the same time !
THAT may be a lot of processing power being used & done, and I am not quite sure HOW that is done but it functions lightning fast.

I don't see a difference between that data and say graphical data of avatar x standing at
xyz coordinates, moving thru virtual space and so the image gets updated for each chunk of movement. I am sure it could be managed by a blockchain !

Considering that the blockchain will at least be in the CPU and later the GPU, then WRITING software to take advantage of that is going to BE the norm, and should result in some amazing virtual reality

Consider too that sansar should work on a mobile phone, nearly none of the myriad of calculations are going to be done ON the phone... !
will it be on a bank of servers ? at least some of it will.
it could be too that it may take advantage of IDLE users connected to the system for some of the processing, or some of the client excess computing power is used for processing.

I really don't know because I know shinola about how it actually works nor how it's coded.
YET ... LOL

at the bottom line Steemit should at least attempt to expand into Sansar as ez exchange of currency -wallet to wallet, because it will simply expand our currency use and give us one more ez place to spend our earnings from here.
Conversely, convert our creativity earnings in Sansar, to Steem for deposit into our interest earning vests.

I see it as a win/win for both companies and their underlying communities !
