The Mall of America has turned out to be one of the major tourist destinations and attracting many visitors from different regions of the United States of America and the whole world. The style of attack used on the Westgate shopping mall in Kenya seem to be much more effective in the US, UK, Canada, France and many other western countries especially when handling these mega shopping centres like the Mall of America. On a daily basis, people gather in the Mall in masses to carry out different personal activities and therefore it becomes easy to launch an attack that will affect a high number of people both locally and internationally. The other attack tactics might also turn out to be effective because of the location of the Mall which favours the terrorist attacks. The hijacking tactic might be effective when applied in these shopping malls. It is easy to access the building when armed with rifles and once inside, holding the people hostage will not take a long time and therefore it becomes easier to achieve the terror objective within a very short time
