I've always loved watches, but recently ive started loving mechanical watches and become interested in them. Firstly, the way they can run with no power or battery. They just need to be winded every day. This makes them have a more fluid movement than electric watches. On top of this, if they are a skeleton watch, you can see and hear the way each gear turns together to make the watch run. With over 500 years of watch technology, watches have come a far way. From the first mechanical pocket watch in the 1500s to the first wrist watch made by patek philipe. Here are some photos of the insides and outsides of watches.
