The greatest mistake in laying off people the world ever made. The pirate era stated because of the English and Spanish firing the jobs of the armadas making them out of jobs other than fisherman which were all taken and a hard market so they took their skills and stole from the government that back-stabbed them. This is the symbol of the first major "corporation" truly paying for what it did to their employees.
