If you want a post to be upvoted, you simply send between 0.01 and 4.5 SBD / STEEM with the link to the post you want upvoted in the memo. You will receive an upvote or a refund within 30 seconds and if that does not happen then something went wrong.

As of right now the only way is either by checking payment history and seeing if I refund every payment with the "Low voting power" message, or by sending me a payment and seeing if it is upvoted or refunded.
In the future I will add features so you can easily tell, but as of right now I am prioritising ironing out bugs, I'd rather have a featureless bot that is guaranteed to work rather than a bot full of features and full of bugs and problems!

An example to get your post upvoted would be the following:
Let's say we wanted to upvote the following post.
https://steemit.com/landscapephotography/@emiii18/landscapephotography-for-tuesday-contest-isla-catica-venezuela
Then you would send the following payment:
Payment to: upvotewhale
Amount: between 0.01 - 4.5 SBD/STEEM
Memo: https://steemit.com/landscapephotography/@emiii18/landscapephotography-for-tuesday-contest-isla-catica-venezuela
Please note as of right now, I have low voting power. When I have low voting power I refund all transactions until my voting power has recovered.
