Great work of curation in innovative way @jerrybanfield.
I think it would be interesting to use @randowhale like article curation with some feedback. For example, writer will send 1SBD to a curator of his interest (e.g. art, technology, cryptocurrency) which also means the writer is serious about his/her work (i.e. sending SBD to the curator). The volunteer curators will read the article and judge the quality of the work and upvote accordingly (e.g. the better the quality, the more voting power received). The volunteer will be provided incentive to do the hard work.
This will be better than @booster, @randowhale, whaleshare promotion where there is no feedback system on the quality of the article. Lots of good quality of contents are lost in the sea of contents since both contents and users are increasing exponentially. Also, there is lots of luck factor and efforts- such as timing of post, attention of a whale, proper promotion etc. But both way curation: writer sending SBD/STEEM shows his/her seriousness about articles and curator provides feedback with UpVote .
If there are some whale collaborations in curator part, it could be another step forward. For example, a curator may forward articles to whales to be appreciated. It is quite disheartening that quality articles to go unnoticed due to sheer luck or less effort on promotion (e.g. some writers are not good at advertising).
EDIT: @minnowsupport does some curation work with their community members, SP delegation and bot support.
Yes, good idea, i am small curator and would love to see some prefiltering and then select good ones. I love eSteem app for the simple reason it gives me expected reading time and i will not click if that is less than 1 minute
I appreciate and support your idea. That would be really great for good authors and very much helpful to kindhearted whales who love to curate and appreciate great content.
