Nice initiative from you @ jerrybanfield to promote great posts that got unnoticed on steemit. I think this will motivate the authors to do more as their work will have the exposure they deserved and get rewarded for it. Good job and thank for sharing. Keep doing great job by helping others on the platform, i appreciate it.

you are so right!!! I had the luck that someone featured a post and it got so much more exposure! Totally motivating (shame on me, I am a little bit extrinsic motivated) Especially if you work with art in and outside the virtual world, it can be exhausting to fight for every little bit of recognition. So sometimes its nice to get a gift in form of more readers and feedback :-D
If your work is properly exposed on steemit i believe that you will get the recognition you deserve very quickly attached with the rewards :-).
