madami ata process yan sis...and matagal..my fund nman ang skul sis na bigay ng government in the form of MOOE...pero because big skul kami kulang talaga, electric bill plang more or less 10k na, yubg tubig, office supplies, etc...yung mga trainings pa ng mga teachers jan din kinikuha...
Napanood ko lng s tv sis...sa CHED/DECS yata lalapit..
