Who Am I, @SURPASSINGGOOGLE UNTALENTED CONTEST "My Brother is my Rival"

First of all, I don't know where to start...
But still, I'm here to be part of this contest.
For me to know my weakness and strength.
and to all STEEMIANS to know me more.

Let me start from my Steemit name Picture then from past up to present.

From my Steemit name, you can see my world.
My world from the scratch, Yes I write my name from the scratch of paper.

Why from the scratch of paper?
--It's because my life is full of struggle.
--Full of challenges that I need to take over.
--Same to all of us, facing different challenges in life.

And even I'm in struggle,
I'm still here fighting and taking all of this.
To be stronger and strengthening my self.
And to be ready in life.

The same with my name from the scratch of paper.
Even there are lots of numbers.
My name still can read and emboss from the others.
Showing that I'm above to others.

Childhood

In young age, I Start my Studying when I was 5 years old and unfortunately not smart enough like my older brother.
And even I do everything I am a just ordinary student that always compared to him, my parents always ask me to study hard to be like him but I can't.
I'm totally different and not intelligent like him.
That was so difficult for me to accept but that was the truth and I know it to myself.
But instead of focusing on that weakness, I focus myself in learning other thing and helping my parents with other work (especially in our business).
In that way I can say to my self that even I not smart like him, I can do better and other things that he can't do.

My brother is my best friend, even we both different in many things we always respect our own idea.
We help each other just like doing the assignment, project, the solution in math and doing some tutorials in online computer games.
He's always my teacher and tutor in many things.
But not all the times we both agree in one idea, sometimes we are fighting for the best idea that we found out.
And sometimes we got an argument with the specific issue only. Other things not included.

Being with my brother is so fun because I fell I already have everything.
But still, he is my Rival in Life.

Indipendent
I'm now working here in Reliance as a barcode Encoder with the help of my brother. How?
Since my brother accepts better opportunities outside this company, I push him to choose me as his replacement for that position.
and with his approval, he accepts me and now I'm working here @ Reliance.
To be honest my work here is not easy just like my brother said. That's why he has a regret on choosing me as his replacement.
But still workable depend on your capacity. :)

At first,
I'm so happy to have a work, and I believe to myself that I can do what my brothers did, and I will do better than he accomplishes.
And the true work had come, Pressure, Urgency, Follow up and Final Documentation.
I didn't expect that this was not so easy as I expected, but I take all of that, to show them that if my brother did I can do it as too. Sometimes I fell useless when there are people calling me with the name of my brother to ask some favor.(not intentionally)
It's because I think I didn't do anything. I'm just like my brother, doing the same thing.
So instead of thinking those people, and fell so disappointed, I decided to make my own name.

To do better than he did. But how can I do that?
I start from knowing my Environment, what my field really need, ask some friend to give some advice.
And a trial for this change, I study all workflow in our office, every work of my officemate.
This is hard from the start but when I learn one I fell I achieved something.
And continue until I learn everything. So even my officemate is on leave I can do there work and I can answer all the concern of my customer.
After all of this changes and learning, I'm being proud of myself. Because I fell I totally different now.
I'm now the trainer and there guide of all the newbie in this company for the process of barcode encoder.
I teach them what they need to do and what they work will be.

I'm happy for what I have learned, and now I can say to them, I already made my own name for this company.

Everything is about choices,
It's up to us what we want to be. The future is not yet set, we are the one who will be set for this.
Do everything you can let them judge you for your work.
