Math Sayaw, Our School Hosted the District Competition in Math and Science Subjects

A blessed Sunday to all of us Steemians, hello there and everywhere.

Every month of the school year has a celebration to be facilitated per subject area. It starts on July for the Nutrition Month by T.L.E. deparment since June being the first month of the school year is spent in the thorough preparation and evaluation with the new set of students and teachers load. Last August I had a blog about Buwan ng Wika by the Filipino department and this month is assigned to Math and Science departments.

Lapu-lapu City division is composed of ten districts and my schoolMactan National High School belongs to District 1 and some nearby public and private elementary and highschools.

Being the host school, faculty and staffs are so busy for the event. A lot of contests like Science and Math quiz, slogan and poster making, Scientist look alike, Science investigatory project, Math jingle, Math Sayaw and many more. Winners from the district level will compete again for the division level then to regional and hoping to reach until national level.

This blog will count on the Math Sayaw (Math Dance) for high school where there are only three participating schools. Mainly they are judge for the concept, movements or the dance performance itself, though there are few props and the outfit just with minimum regard for cost reduction, dancers to win will be provided during the division level.
