This is an interesting issue, one of the possibilities is the taxation of robots. This is based on the fact if a robot takes a job then it's productivity increase should be then accounted for in a Tax.
Its possibilities could be increased to an algorithm tax even.

i like this idea, as part of the solution. though measuring robot productivity could be challenging. consider the fact that a single chat bot, could replace an entire call center, or an entire company. thanks for your input
There lies the broad span of the problem, at the moment robot tax is aimed at physical robots in factories. Software, I think that is even less likely to be taxed.
