Hi @cecicastor, just wanted to jump in here! Good for you for working with your energy centers for so long! In my work with them, well for me anyway, the energy flow is quite dynamic. As Rob mentions, they are sometimes flowing strong and on point, and sometimes, closed or even flowing in reverse. There's much that affects that including environment. Though, i do feel that there are life changing activations that occur and we live and experience life differently afterwards -- as is beautifully discussed here. No one chakra is better or more valuable than another. It's just our unique journey unfolding into the experiences we are going through. Leaving the Spiritual imprint as we pass along! It's all happening in perfect timing. It's so cool to know yourself so intimately, in terms of your chakras!!
