I cant even begin to imagine the kind of pain and emotional distress you friend and his daughter are going through right now but i pray that the good lord would heal all brokenness within them. Child molestation and sexual abuse is a problem that needs to be combarted with every facet and machinary of government but it is a pity that in some countries like Nigeria it is almost legalized in the disguise of religion.

I pray they heal as well. However, the machinery of government is part of the problem and resorting to violence and coercion is NOT the solution, but rather part of the problem. You missed the whole point of my post my friend.
