Not citing sources is plagiarism, and copying pasting articles without permission is copyright infringement. If you want to share a news story, simply link to the source, include your original commentary, and possibly a few small quotes from the source.
There is nothing wrong with sharing an article you like, just make sure to let people know you copied/pasted it so they don't mistake it for original content.
