Salt is very harmful to the body if taken too much

My mistake in the kitchen was when I wanted to fry egg oo
I’d finished beating the egg and putting all needed , just to fry oo 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈
The next thing because I like washing the dirty plates while cooking ............and Viola!!!!!!!!!!!
I poured the egg in the sink to clean up the plate
I wonder was I was thinking 😭😭😭😭
I tried saving but I couldn’t since it’s directly in the sink
I couldn’t vent my anger on anyone because I caused it myself 😭😭

That was in school 😂 and it was at night 🙈
