Saya yakin semua familiar dengan pepatah diatas yang bermakna lebih baik hidup biasa sederhana dinegeri sendiri daripada bergelimpangan harta dinegeri orang. Mungkin ada yang setuju ada yang tidak, relatif, tergantung dari pandangan seseorang dalam menilai kehidupan.

I am sure all are familiar with the proverb above which means it would be better to live with simple life in own country rather than being wealth of outside the country. Some may agree or some may not. It depends on one's value of life.

Terlepas dari faktor harta, berdasarkan dari pengalaman dari beberapa teman juga pengalaman pribadi, terkadang kita lebih dihargai ketika berada di negeri orang dibanding ditanah air, terlebih jika kita bukan siapa- siapa dan tidak memiliki siapa-siapa untuk diandalkan di negeri sendiri, sehingga kerja keras...potensi bahkan prestasi yang kita miliki tidak terangkat kepermukaan. Secara pribadi, saya mengalami hal ini ketika kuliah diluar negeri. Disana, profesi saya, kompetensi saya, strata pendidikan yang saya miliki lebih diakui lebih terpandang dan mendapat tempat yang sepatutnya dibanding di negeri saya sendiri Aceh, Indonesia. Saya percaya hal ini terjadi karena diluar sana individu dinilai secara objektif dan profesional, bukan karena faktor "X" tertentu, tetapi lebih kepada kualitas SDM dan kompetensi yang dimilikinya.

Apart from the wealth factor, based on the experience of some friends as well as personal experience, sometimes we are more appreciated when we live outside of our own country, especially if we are nobody and do not have anyone to rely on own country, as such, hard work ... even the potential achievements that we have are not emerged in the surface. Personally, I experienced this when I was studying abroad. There, my profession, my competence, my educational level has been recognized more highly and got a proper place than in my own country. I believe this happens because out there individuals are assessed objectively and professionally, not because of the "X" factors, but rather the quality of human resources and their competencies.

Nah, pengalaman dikehidupan nyata, ternyata saya alami juga ketika saya memulai kiprah di Steemit.

And You know what? What happened in my real life is now also happened in my Steemit.

Saya yakin ini juga dialami oleh banyak Steemian yang lain. Boro boro untuk mendapat upvote, Sulit sekali bagi saya untuk bisa exist, dikenal dan diakui, dikalangan lokal Steemit padahal saya sudah berupaya menulis konten yang baik dan berkualitas. Sehingga, akhirnya saya mencoba mempraktekkan rumus dikehidupan nyata, yaitu "MERANTAU KE NEGERI STEEMIT YANG LAIN". Saya merantau ke 3 negeri yaitu negeri "Color Challenge", negeri "SteemStem" dan yang terbaru negeri "ulogs".

I'm sure this is also experienced by many other Steemians. It is super difficult to get upvoted, It's hard for me to exist, to be known and recognized, among local Steemit when I've tried to write good and quality content. So, finally, I tried to practice my real-life formulas, is "TO WANDER TO ANOTHER STEEMIT STATE" . I immigrate to 3 Steemit land namely "Color Challenge" , country "SteemStem" and the newest is "Ulogs" .

Hasilnya.... Alhamdulillah, ternyata rumus dikehidupan nyata saya mujarab saya terapkan di ketiga negeri tersebut. Setelah hampir 3 bulan bekerja keras dengan konten berkualitas, akhirnya karya karya saya mendapat sedikit pengakuan dari negeri seberang dan postingan saya masuk kategori trending, dan ternyata memang kerja keras tak pernah mengkhianati hasil.

The result .... Praise to God, it turns out my real life formula is effictive. After almost 3 months of hard work with quality content, finally my work got a little recognition and it even set my entry into the category of trending on #ulogs. The hard work never betrayed the results.

Oleh karenanya, jika anda pemula di Steemit, newbie, jika anda merasa telah berjuang berbulan dengan konten berkualitas tetapi tiada hasil, maka saya mengajak anda untuk tidak menjadi pengemis upvote di negeri sendiri. Jangan pergi kesana kemari kekolom komentar mengemis ngemis upvote atau follower. Tak perlu juga anda menyalahkan kurator yang tidak upvote anda, tak perlu juga salahkan kelompok yang tidak memberi upvote kepada anda, karena Allah telah mengatur rezeki kita masing masing tanpa hisab.

Therefore, if you are a beginner in Steemit, a newbie, if you feel you have been fighting for months with quality content but no results, then I urge you not to become an upvote beggar in your own country. Do not beg for upvote or follower begging. No need also you blame the curator who is not upvote you, no need also blame the group that does not give upvote to you, because God has set up our sustenance. Be an Ulogger, you'll be success here.. because you are celebrity.

Maka Merantaulah !! Hijrah !! Bumi Steemit masih cukup luas untuk bercocok tanam...konsisten lah menulis konten yang berkualitas, maka upvote dan follower akan berbondong bondong tanpa mesti anda minta minta. Biarlah menjadi jelata di negeri sendiri tetapi menjadi raja dinegeri orang.

So lets wander!! Migrate !! Steemit Earth is still large enough to grow crops ... consistently write quality content, then upvote and follower will be in flock without you have to ask. Let be a commoner in his own country but a celebrity/king in the land of others.
