#Ulog Day 4: My homemade cookies and cream Ice cream

Happy Monday Uloggers!

It's a beautiful start to a new productive week for me. And like our regular routine, we buy ice cream to the nearest 7-eleven convenience store to satisfy our cravings on a hot afternoon. Despite all my workouts, my fiance and I can finish a 750ml Selecta ice cream without thinking about the sugar that we are taking. lol. But while I was browsing on Facebook, one of my Friend posted her homemade ice cream. The procedure is just easy so I gave it a try. Let me share with you the procedure here.

Homemade Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 nestle cream
  • 1 condense
  • 3 pcs. cream-o biscuit

Procedure:

Step 1: Refrigerate the Nestle cream for 3 hours or overnight.
Step 2: Mix the Nestle cream and condense together in a bowl. Make sure to mix it well

Step 3: Mix the 2 packs of crushed cream-o biscuit. Set aside the remaining one pack for the toppings.

Step 4: Transfer it to a clean container.

Step 5: Refrigerate it overnight until it's frozen. Then sprinkle the toppings.

Now you have your homemade cookies and cream ice cream ready to eat! Easy right?

Now you have the idea how to make your own ice cream. You can actually choose what flavor you want to add. Compared to the usual ice cream that we eat, my homemade ice cream is sweeter. Thus, we couldn't eat all of it like we usually do. Now it serves like a dessert that even a small amount can satisfy your sweet cravings. To compare the price, the Selecta 750ml ice cream that can be bought from the store costs P125, while this homemade ice cream costs me around P180 for the ingredients. So it all depends on you, but I advise that you must try this homemade ice cream because it's a very cool accomplishment :D
