Hello fellow steemians. I'm here again Rigel. Let's discuss about the human philosophy about why did people notices every bad things you have done instead of the good ones?. I have an example , Look at he picture below.
What do you notice? what do you notice first? I think you notice first the black dot in the middle. Right? Why did the black dot is the one you notice first instead of that there is a white background around the block dot. Actually most of the people does it. They explain that situation because we notices the black dot instead of the white background because we always look at the negative sides. Why black always symbolizes negative and bad things? What if the black color symbolizes the good things ? Black shouldn't considered always bad. What if white becomes the bad ? Let us make this topic clear.
Nowadays people are becoming judgemental. They are always criticize you about how you looks and even about the things you are doing they also judge you ? Why does people always looking at the negative sign about you. Because this is what gives them pleasure. Our inherently self-serving, self-justifying nature thrives on placing itself above others. In fact we gain more pleasure from the failures of others than from our own success. We can learn from our mistakes. Mistakes serves us as a lesson , and it can make you to become success . Just don't giveup. We can only truly “love” ourselves while we reject others. And only “love” gives us the pink glasses that filters out the negative attributes showing us only the good qualities.
The bad things take a toll on our emotions in a way that it doesn't with the good things. It confuses and worries us.
I get that nobody is perfect, but there really are people out there that will act all nice, and then turn around and talk badly about you or others behind their backs. They also cause drama to the point where you want nothing to do with them.
If the negative things they do outweighs the good, why would you want to stick around without a risk of being sucked further into their drama? You wouldn't. It's one thing to make mistakes, but making them continually and not even apologizing for them is another red flag. If they run their mouths to the point where dumb stuff and offensive stuff comes out of their mouths, and they don't apologize for it, then that's another red flag. It's a sign that they have no filter and do not care if they are offending people.
We can choose our friends, but with relatives it's much more complex. I have had “friends” in the past that were nice to me, but also lied to me about things, told my secrets when I told them not to, made me uncomfortable and second best, and negelcted me to the point where I was the only one reaching out. What's worse? They would talk badly about their good friends behind their backs, to the point where I wondered if they did the same to me. They also caused unessassary drama to the point where it took a toll on my emotions. Why would I then stick around?
If it gets to the point where you don't end up liking them as people, or cringe at the thought of hanging out with them, then it's a sign to leave. We cannot change people, don't hang around assuming things will get better. Save yourself and get the heck out of dodge. Make friends with people who don't constantly lie, act two faced or neglect you.
People remember the bad thing -even if you have done all you can to rectify it. How come it is that in a marriage one spouse or the other did a bad thing, its been forgiven, life goes on, and then in an argument years later, that same bad thing is brought back into the picture? Maybe because it is hard for us humans to forgive and forget, then move on.
Like in the NBA Finals. I was worried about J.R smith because many of the people bashes him because of what he do. Many people reacted to that and many memes was released. People looks at J.R smith mistakes but they didn't notices that J.R smith also contributed to the cavaliers and made it into the finals.
But that is life. The show must go on. But they are not hindrance to you. Think that they are challenges that you must overcome. There is one that you must trust and that there is one friend that never leaves you what ever it takes and that is God. Trust God and he never fail you . Keep your faith. God is always be there for you . IF you have a problem, just pray and leave it to God.
