I've just settled into a new place after 6 months of waiting for a sale then a purchase to go through.
It's just been shit. I still need to do my massive rant post about it!

Heeeeey man, I love it when people just state it as it is, no "gift wrapping"!
Look forward to your rant about it, recommend that you do it straight from the heart, no "political correctness" or anything, the truth isn't always what people want to hear, but it is the truth.
